When making an appointment, please specify which part of your body will be tattooed, the approximate size and style.
– Deposit is to make sure you show up for your appointment and it is non refundable.Deposit you pay goes towards the total cost of your tattoo.
– You’ll get the deposit back only if the artist cancels session dues to heath issues or family circumstances.
– If you don’t agree on a design with the artist, you won’t get the deposit back. Our priority is for clients to be fully satisfied with the studio’s service, and we will do everything in our power to create the perfect design.
-Deposit can be moved once with prior notice to the studio at least 7 business days in advance.
– We offer both online and physical gift cards
– Gift card is valid for six months from the purchase date, extensions are not possible
– Appointments must be made in advance, at least a month before the expiration date.
– The gift card value cannot be refunded as cash in any circumstances.
– One gift card must be used in a single tattoo session for one person.
– A portion of gift cards value may be retained as a security deposit
– Gift card is for use at Rebel Tattoo salon, not personally with any specific artist, which means appointments can only be offered with those artists working at the salon at the time of card usage. This is an important point, please take note of it.

– No refunds if the customer doesn’t agree on a design. Our priority is to create exceptional designs to ensure our clients are fully satisfied with the studio’s services.

Full day session starting price 350 EUR

– Once the tattoo is finished, it is wrapped in plastic wrap.
– The wrap should be removed after 2-3 hours, washed with warm water and antibacterial soap,
patted dry with a dry towel and then applied with a thin layer of cream, which can be purchased in the salon.
– The cream should be applied 2-3 times a day until the tattoo has healed.
– The tattoo takes 7-14 days to heal.
– You can take a shower, but it is not advisable to stay there too long.
– Do not take a bath, sauna, sunbathe or scratch.
– Do not play sports for the first 4-5 days.
– If a “second skin” film is applied, it must be taken off individually according to the artists rules (usually 24h – 3 days), the rest of the care is the same as above.
– Alcohol is prohibited the day before and on the day of your appointment.
– It is advisable to get a good night’s sleep, have something to eat and bring a sugary drink to help keep your blood sugar in check during the tattooing process.
– We take lunch/dinner breaks during tattoo session so you can order food deliveries.
-It is not recommended to do sports in the morning before the tattoo and 4-5 days after.
– Do not take antibiotics or other medications that may affect the working process or the tattoo healing.
– It it forbidden to tattoo severely sunburned skin.
– Tattoo cannot be done on psoriasis, varicose veins, scars that are not healed entirely, allergies etc. About other skin diseases please contact dermatologist in advance. Otherwise your tattoo session can be cancelled.
– Touch up’s are free within 2 months after getting the tattoo, but only with the same artist who did the tattoo.
– If you live abroad and can’t get touch up within 2 months, you can do it when you’re back in Latvia, but not later than 6 months after getting the tattoo.
– If your artist is no longer working at the studio and touch up is small (up to 20 minutes), there’s a symbolic fee for materials, and another artist can help.
– If touch up matches only a specific style we offer contacts of your artist so that you can arrange touch up at artist’s new workplace.
– Touch up’s on poorly healing areas like lips, ears, wrists, fingers, elbows, and feet incur a charge, and client is informed of this before making an appointment.
Touch up is for free if tattoo is well taken care of while healing.
Appointment can be refused if:
– Artist determines that the client’s health/skin condition does not allow tattooing.
– Client is taking medication that may affect the tattooing process or healing.
– Client is under influence of drugs or alcohol.
– Client behaves aggressively or provocatively or have mental illness that can affect tattoo process or aftercare.
Getting a tattoo can be painful, but the level of pain varies depending on various factors such as placement, individual pain levels and the size of the design. You may experience burning, itching and stinging.
To minimise discomfort during tattooing, we recommend you bring headphones to distract you with music or movies and snacks to help maintain your energy levels throughout the session.
We do not use pain relief creams, but if you prefer, you can apply a pain relief cream 1 hour before going to the salon.
We recommend using a cream from “Emla”, available at the pharmacy. Make sure you are not allergic to Lidocaine or any other ingredients in the cream. It is mandatory to warn the artist about the use of the cream before the start of the session. The cream is not be left on the skin for more than 2 hours.
If the scar is more than a year and a half old and no longer pink but completely healed – you can, but these are individual cases, so be sure to give prior notice and send a picture showing the scar.
Cover-up is a technique that helps to cover an old tattoo with a new one. We do cover up tattoos, but first we need to see what you want to cover and what the idea is for the new cover up tattoo. Each case is considered individually.

– Certain items such as needles, ink cups, films, spatulas, disposable cups, etc. are used once and disposed of properly after each session.
– Our artists use disposable gloves throughout the tattooing procedure.
– Hands are washed with soap and water before and after each client.
– All surfaces, including chairs and table tops, are disinfected between clients.
– We use disposable coverings to protect surfaces and equipment.
– Before the tattooing process, each client completes a health questionnaire.
– Our studio is regularly cleaned and kept tidy.
– Our artists are in good health, free from infectious diseases and follow good hygiene practices.
– Replacement shoes are used in the studio.
– Clients can wear disposable shoe covers or slippers, which are thoroughly sterilised between wearing.

We do tattoos for people from the age of 18. From the age of 16 we only allow a person with a parent or guardian. Both the parent/guardian and the minor need to bring proof of identity.
You cannot bring friends, pets or children to your appointment as we have limited space in the waiting room and unnecessary noise can be a major distraction for the artists.
